However, when we seek material prosperity, it's easy to miss the prosperity we already have — such as our health, our friendships, and family.     Resolving Anger

    Our anger has many sources. Trauma, grief, frustration, and shame can all slowly reshape themselves into anger. When unresolved, these complex emotions can become stuck in our minds and bodies, leaving us feeling bitter, ungrateful, unhappy, and sick. In today's meditation, we address and resolve our anger. Using a timed breathing technique, we shake loose emotions that have become stuck in our bodies, creating space for more useful, creative energy.
