    Do you feel drained after a long day? Have you ever felt like people bothered you ‘too much’, or you had trouble saying ‘no’? You may need to reset your inner boundary. Without a strong boundary, our life force leaks from us like water from a leaky bucket. Without a strong boundary, anyone can get 'under our skin'. In today's meditation, we reset and strengthen our inner boundary. This helps us to cultivate our own renewable energy and infinite life force, and protects us from the draining influence of others. It can also help us to set personal boundaries in our daily lives.

    Food, Glorious Food!

    In many places around the world, winter holidays are a time for feasting. However, as a culture, we surround our food -- and our time for eating -- with guilt and fear. We "grab a bite" and rush through our meals. We eat distractedly, many of us even eating at our desks while working. We tie food to our body image. We act very picky about what is considered "good" or "healthy", and we beat ourselves up for eating "bad" foods. We have destroyed our joy and our enjoyment of eating. In today's meditation, we open our capacity to enjoy a meal, fully present, with all of our senses alive, fully appreciative, and full of joy.
