    Aaron Norris is joined this week by Nick Bailey. He is president and CEO of Century 21, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Realogy Holdings Corp. He leads the iconic Century 21 brand and the organization’s approximately 7,400 independently-owned and operated offices and more than 115,000 independent sales professionals in 79 countries worldwide. He has over 21 years of industry experience as a licensed broker, and he is known to be a trailblazing, revenue-generating operator who increases margins while ultimately mitigating the impact of economic change. The Norris Group last saw Bailey in his role as vice-president of broker relations for the Zillow Group. He was on the I Survived Real Estate panel a few years back. Before that, he spent 12 years at the RE/MAX worldwide headquarters as vice president.

He has been a realtor for 32 years and is co-owner of Keller Williams VIP Properties and Pathway Escrow, both is Valencia, California. He is also co-owner of Keller Williams Realty Central and Closing Solutions Escrow, both in Northridge, California. He served in numerous other leadership positions for local, state, and national associations of realtors.

    Bruce Norris is joined this week by Jordan Levine. Jordan is the senior economist at the California Association of Realtors, a statewide trade organization of real estate professionals with more than 190,000 members. As senior economist at CAR, Jordan analyzes housing market conditions, macro-economic trends, and public policy issues through the use of external data from the public and private sector as well as survey research studies conducted by CAR. He contributes frequently to CAR’s market analysis articles: Housing Matters Blog and Market Snapshot. He has also written various topics including housing supply, distressed sales, housing tax policy, housing affordability, and many other subjects relevant to the real estate industry.

    Bruce Norris is joined this week by Jim Murrett. Jim has a MAI SRA designation, and he is from Hamburg, New York. He is the 2018 president of the Appraisal Institute. He will serve as immediate past president in 2019. He serves this year as chair of the organization’s Executive Committee and chairs its policy-setting board of directors. He has served on the Appraisal Institute’s National Board of Directors and Strategic Planning Committee, and he is chair of the Finance Committee. This is in addition to his many chapter roles, including president of the Upstate New York chapter. He has also been Treasurer and member of the board of directors of the International Center for Evaluation Certification, an affiliate of the Appraisal Institute. He received the 2014 Appraisal Institute Edward W. Adams, SRA, Outstanding Board Service Award. He also received the 2008 President Award, which is presented by the Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, for ongoing commitment, dedication, and service to the chapter and its profession.

    Aaron Norris is joined this week by Rich Swier. He is the co-founder of Offrs.com and a serial entrepreneur based in Sarasota, Florida. He is the founder of the HUB, co-founder of Offers.com.
