    Roadhouse 676

We're getting winter-weary at The Little Blue House on the Wetlands. But, however cold it is outside, the Macbook is hot with blues this week. Billy Boy Arnold, Eric Bibb, Jimmie Vaughan, Sue Foley, and Lucky Peterson warm the hour. We'll just forget about the snow and focus on the accumulation of the finest blues you've never heard - the 676th Roadhouse.

    Roadhouse 675

Whether you call it all blues or not, the hour has a clear mix and a definite feel. John Campbelljohn, James Hunter Six, Duke Robillard, Curtis Salgado & Alan Hager, and Reverend Shawn Amos provide the variety. Call it what you want. I'll call it another hour of the finest blues you've never heard - the 675th Roadhouse.

It seemed so much rockier when I started putting it together - then it all smoothed out across the hour. Delta Wires, Janiva Magness, Laurie Morvan, Little G. Weevil, and Peter Karp take the lead. It's an hour that shows yet another face of the blues and certainly stands as another hour of the finest blues you've never heard - the 674th Roadhouse.

    Roadhouse 673

It's not all that unusual in The Roadhouse to mix it up a bit. I'm staying with that approach in this hour. The Might Duck Blues Band, Peter Parcek, Sue Foley, Arnaud Fracin & His Roots Combo, and Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings represent the variety you've come to love in The Roadhouse and make for another hour of the finest blues you've never heard - the 673rd Roadhouse.

    Roadhouse 672

With a new year comes new music and artists. I've got a ton of both in this hour, including Carvin Jones Band, Curtis Salgado & Alan Hager, Nasta Super & Chris Cain, Tinsley Ellis, and Miss Freddye. I think this hour has the most Roadhouse debuts of any in the life of the show. It's a fresh start in a fresh year and a fresh hour of the finest blues you've never heard - the 672nd Roadhouse.
